Would you kick Junior's Ass?

This week I got a bee in my bonnet to knit a crazy sweater for Junior.
I know, you're probably wondering what's wrong with it (other than the pink.)

Well, I decided to make an asymmetric sweater because let's face it, how many little boys have the chutzpah to wear stuff like this? Thank goodness Husband is at a meeting! So...if you were at the playground (and were a toddler) would you kick Junior's ass if you saw him wearing this or would you think he was cool?
Maybe he could wear the muscle sweater as a warning.
I think, at least at toddler age, he's safe. My son (he's 9) would NEVER wear that. He's already Mr. Style-conscious.

well, instead of kicking butt...i think you are more likely to get the sympathy card.
"oh, that poor little boy, look what his mommy made him wear...her little attempt to be creative, and she is MAKING him wear it...poor thing"
i only know this, because when i crocheted hats for my kids to wear...my boys experienced "the sympathy card". i am no longer allowed to make them hats. :(
i, personally, think it's beautiful! haha

Ummm ... I think I'd have to see it on him to be able to advise...

You did a great job - but if I were little I would be a butt kicker in this instance. Sorry! I wouldn't be able to help myself! LOL!!! On a little girl, sure... it would look funky. On a little boy... expect a red bottom!

Wow. Wish I could knit! I don't think he should wear it, but I think you should keep knitting!

Cool....definitely cool. He will come across like a young Picasso, and what could be cooler?

I can't believe that you knit the whole thing in a week! I do wish that I possessed your skill and determination. If Junior likes it, let him wear it but be prepared to answer his question when looking back at old pictures years from now when he asks "Why?!".
